Payment arrangements
Subscription accounts
Most data customers choose to enter multi-year contracts, paying an annual fee that covers all data access for the year to come.
- Payment must be made within 14 days
- Invoicing is not available
- Any of your organisation’s registered users can pay for the data
How subscription payment works
The first year
- We design your data specifications (creating a data ‘scenario’)
- We confirm a payment amount and email you a request for payment
- You log into your account and pay for the data you’ll access in the year to come (see below for How to pay).
Subsequent years
- Each year on the anniversary of the initial scenario, we will:
- update your data scenario, and
- email you a payment request
- For recurring data, you must set up a new schedule before paying:
- On the Contract page, both the old scenario (expired) and the new scenario will be visible – note the setup fee and status as unpaid

Data results are available only after you have paid the data fees.
Pay as you go
For occasional or one-off access to data:
- We will email you with request for payment after setting up your data specifications
How to pay
- Log in (External link) to your account
- Choose Data extract list in the top menu
- Select View in the ‘View details’ table column as shown below (this goes to the ‘Contract’ page)
- Select Results of scenarios (goes to ‘Scenario results’)
- Click Make payment (goes to ‘Transaction details’)
- Click Pay now and follow the prompts
- To get a receipt, select Print on the Payment successful screen (make sure your browser is not blocking pop-up windows)
Once payment is complete, you can download your data file.
