Ceremony fees

All ceremony fees include a $175 non-refundable administrative fee.

Legal-only package

$350 $450

Reschedule fees

You are welcome to reschedule your ceremony booking to a new date or time. The following fees apply.

Additional conditions apply to short notice changes.

Fees for cancelling a ceremony

  • Ceremony fee: refunded
  • $175 administrative fee: no refund
Less than 35 days before your ceremony No refund

Short notice changes

A ‘short notice’ change means changing your day, time or type of ceremony within 35 days of the ceremony.

You are welcome to make these changes, but you will need to pay the reschedule fee listed above. 

You will not be eligible for any refund if you then cancel your rescheduled ceremony. This applies even if you cancel your rescheduled wedding more than 35 days before your new date.

Non-attendance

If you don’t attend your wedding ceremony, we will cancel your online booking. You will not be eligible for any refund. 

To re-book the wedding, you will need to:

  1. Log in to your account (External link)
  2. Book a new ceremony
  3. Pay the booking fees
  4. Re-submit your eligibility documents online, including a new Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
