- Choose Notice of marriage > New from the top menu
- Fill in the form. It will tell you if something is missing or incorrect. Help with filling in the form
- Select the Save as draft button below the form. You can continue working on it or come back to it later
- Order a certificate, if required
- Submit the form from your Drafts list once it is complete
- Pay for the certificate from the Submitted list.
